New kitchen decor.

Ever since I moved a few things around, parts of my kitchen have felt achingly bare. Almost like losing a tooth, or something -- your eye expects to encounter something there and there's this blank space instead.

So I decided to buy a bit of warm-colored art, something small enough to fit nicely between the doorjambs but large enough to still catch the eye... and something cooking-related, if I could find it. It took a bit of digging at the usual shopping outlets, but I finally managed to turn up a trio of shots that, color-wise, felt right to me.

The sight of me laying out various frames in various configurations on the cement floor of Bed Bath & Beyond was no doubt tremendously amusing. *grin* Anyways, this is what I finally settled on.

Not quite the hot peppers motif I had initially been eyeing online at Target's site, but I'm quite happy with it.
